Chef Nicholas Pavageaux earned a degree in Culinary Arts from the famed Le Cordon Bleu and a BS in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Texas Tech, while perfecting his craft in fine food establishments across Dallas including Café Pacific and Patrizio. In 2005 he opened his own restaurant.;the renowned Kozy Kitchen, where he inspired an organic, local, grass-fed, free range, wild, and gluten-free cuisine. Kozy Kitchen is a Dallas staple, where the creation of cutting-edge gluten-free cooking and baking for the last 8 years has won several awards for best breakfast, best neighborhood restaurant, best gluten-free restaurant and most innovative menu.
