Chef Nicholas Pavageaux earned a degree in Culinary Arts from the famed Le Cordon Bleu and a BS in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Texas Tech, while perfecting his craft in fine food establishments across Dallas including Café Pacific and Patrizio. In 2005 he opened his own restaurant, the renowned Kozy Kitchen, where he inspired an organic, local, grass-fed, free range, wild, and gluten-free cuisine.
